AHL master planned and designed The Shops at Wailea, a luxury resort retail shopping center featuring fine dining and luxury national retailers including Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, St. John, Celine, Tommy Bahama, and Banana Republic in 2000. AHL was the landlord architect, reviewing tenant improvements and assisting with the visualization of existing retail spaces for several years until 2007.

 “We were lucky to have such an innovative, creative and patient architect to provide us with these vital marketing tools,” says developer Ned Dewey about this ultra-luxurious shopping center. Situated next door to the Four Seasons Hotel and the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, some of the world’s top retailers rightfully demanded that the center provide the distinction they required. AHL helped tenants visualize their retail spaces by developing a portfolio of renderings.
