Situated in the Kaka’ako Special Design District, Pacifica Honolulu consists of a mixed-use residential/commercial/high-rise complex. With approximately 11,000 SF of commercial space, tenants and guests can enjoy the various eateries along Kapi‘olani Boulevard. AHL designed the exterior buildout of this commercial area, which enhanced the pedestrian experience and created an active live and play lifestyle at the early stages of the Kaka‘ako revitalization.
