AHL provided full architectural and interior design services for Nāulu Apartments, part of the Halawa Area Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan. The project falls within a half mile radius of the Aloha Stadium HART Station and is designated as a multifamily, medium-density development.

Nāulu Apartments delivers a new 19-story residential tower with 302 affordable rental units in studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts. The project sits on a podium parking structure with 501 vehicular stalls and 275 bicycle stalls, and provides community amenities including a multipurpose room, laundry room, computer lab, and resource center.

The development strengthens the existing Halawa View community and supports long-term resilience and TOD growth, addressing O‘ahu’s critical housing needs.
