AHL is working with Design Architect, AU Workshop on this upcoming development. 1500 Kapiolani will combine street-oriented retail, a four star hospitality experience and high rise housing with the goal of creating extensive open space in an urban setting while providing ample views of Hawai‘i’s famed ocean and mountain vistas. This mixed-use development has full amenities for guests and residents with two towers connected by a sky garden bridge/platform.
