We are proud to announce that the Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship (PACE) at the Residences for Innovative Student Entrepreneurs (RISE) at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa has been honored with an IIDA Hawai‘i Pacific Chapter Hoʻohuli Award in the Learn category.
The Hoʻohuli Awards celebrate design excellence across Hawai‘i and the Pacific, spotlighting projects that elevate the built environment through innovation, community impact, and thoughtful design. The Learn category honors spaces that foster growth, creativity, and collaboration—values that PACE at RISE reflects.
More than a workspace, PACE at RISE is a flexible, vibrant environment designed to inspire innovation and support students through every stage of the entrepreneurial journey—from ideation to incubation. It features modular classrooms, private meeting rooms, and a soundproof recording studio, all tied together by local culture and art.
This award recognizes the space’s role in empowering Hawai‘i’s future innovators to think boldly, grow resiliently, and build ventures that benefit our community and beyond.
Mahalo to everyone involved and to IIDA Hawai‘i Pacific Chapter for this meaningful recognition.
