AHL is proud to announce that the American Institute of Architects has named President and CEO Bettina Mehnert to the AIA College of Fellows.
A descendent of three generations of architects, it is no surprise that Bettina found her true calling in the world of design. She moved to Hawaii from her native country Germany and established a home at Architects Hawaii Ltd. in 1988. Now 28 years later, Bettina has grown into a thoughtful, dedicated, and highly effective leader at one of the largest and most diverse firms in the Pacific.
With a Graduate Degree in Architecture from University of Trier in Germany, a Masters in Computer Science from Kennedy Western University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Hawai‘i Pacific University, Ms. Mehnert has a range of international and local experience from which she draws her inspiration. A registered architect in both Hawai‘i and Germany, her architectural resume includes projects from across the world, in all markets and in various sizes.
Congratulations Bettina Mehnert, FAIA!
