Associate, Senior Job Captain

Sharla brings 14 years of experience in the architecture profession, with a focus on high-rise residential and hospitality design. As an Associate and Senior Job Captain at AHL, she supports the delivery of complex projects through a structured, detail-oriented approach and clear coordination across teams. She is also an active member of AHL’s Culture and History Committee, contributing to firm initiatives that reflect shared values and identity.

Outside of the office, Sharla enjoys working on cars, reading fantasy and science fiction novels, and volunteering at mālama ʻāina community service events. She is passionate about traditional Kānaka Maoli culture and history and values time spent with her large extended family, which continues to shape her perspective both personally and professionally.
