Ethan enjoys managing projects, because it allows him to serve as a “player-coach” that encourages and instructs the team. With over 24 years of experience, his specialty is project management for educational and healthcare projects, and he often manages project teams that are comprised of AHL staff, management personnel, owner representatives, and design consultants. He describes himself as focused, fair, and one with high expectations for himself and others. His high expectations are fine by us as long as he still barbeques at our annual summer picnic. His height makes it hard for him to blend into a crowd, but it sure paid off when he played on the Columbia University basketball team.
